Moj Masala started with a simple idea: bring the joyful, unpretentious flavours of Gujarati street food to Wembley exactly as they're meant to be enjoyed — hot off the tawa, generously spiced, and shared with good company.
From crisp fafda paired with sweet, syrupy jalebi to soft steamed khaman and the tangy crunch of sev usal, every dish on our counter is rooted in recipes passed down through generations of home kitchens across Gujarat and Surat.
We're a proudly vegetarian kitchen, cooking everything fresh in small batches through the day — because moj (joy) tastes best when it's made properly, not rushed.
